We’ve built a solid operational backbone by focusing on effectively managing our staff across the entire employee life cycle. By closely monitoring client key performance indicators (KPI), we’re able to quickly respond by realigning staff resources against client metrics.

To ensure that these cutting-edge metrics are both interpreted and acted upon, our consultants are backed up by a top-notch Operations Management team and a full service Back Office team. To further support the metrics that matter most to our clients, our consultants work on a profit-share model with bonuses and incentives directly tied to their KPIs.

Our IT and Business Intelligence teams ensure that each project is managed with precision, on time and on budget. They are involved throughout the campaign life cycle: from pre-launch client discovery and implementation; development of consultant and back-office systems, in-house and client reporting, client applications and connectivity; through launch, and to the day-to-day management and optimization of the campaign.

Our HR team ensures we have the right consultant in the right seat at the right time. Their focus is to support staff throughout the entire span of their employment, covering everything from recruiting, to employee relations, performance management, and labour relations.

At Velociti, quality is job #1. We have dedicated quality assurance consultants on each campaign, not only ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence, but also actively listening for and providing feedback on specific sales and service-related behaviours. The Quality Assurance and Development teams provide tailored coaching and ongoing training in response to the latest data, and perform QA checks on 100% of our sales calls. This proven methodology of in-depth QA and ongoing coaching ensures our client’s needs are met in this ever-evolving regulatory environment and highly consumer-driven market.

Finally, each client at Velociti is fully supported by a Client Relationship Manager. These are the faces of Velociti to our clients, and the face of the client to Velociti.
